Format
Join Kevin Nash, Director General of the LCIA, who will present an overview of the LCIA Rules. The event will then move to the ever-popular LCIA “Tylney style” session, where delegates are invited to exchange news and views on recent developments in international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution.
Participants will be contacted in advance and encouraged to propose topics for discussion. On the day, delegates will be invited to engage in an open, free-flowing dialogue on those topics under the guidance of the Co-Chairs.
The seminar will be held under the Chatham House Rule to facilitate an open and honest discussion. The language of the seminar will be English.
